Jonathan W. watches ‘Au Royaume des Enfants’
On the 29th July we were invited to see “Au Royaume des enfants” (The Kingdom of Children); an hour long feast of song and dance fun for the whole family.
The excitement had been building all week, there was a sense of anticipation in the air as we took our seats to watch this extravaganza. From the start, we were transported to a forest to watch as little boy Emmanuel who comes to accept the Lord as his Saviour. Along the way we were shown how the Lord is so good to us.
The show had a simplicity and a charm to it, even though it was primarily aimed at children. It had a powerful clarity that adults, especially those parents who were members of the audience, could testify to. And to see the children on stage praising the Lord with all their hearts was a sight which warmed even the coldest heart.
All in all a pleasant experience, and I am looking forward to the DVD. I believe that all parents who are concerned that their children are brought up in the Lord will have thoroughly enjoyed both the show and its message.
